Terms & Conditions

• All new Full Memberships are subject to final Board approval, however, all new Associate Members can begin to enjoy the benefits of their membership and/or package while awaiting final approval.
• Members can move from silver to gold and/or platinum in the same year by paying the difference in price, however, the date of expiry/renewal will be taken from the date of the first package purchased. No refunds will be given if selecting to downgrade a package.
• For members to move from Associate to Full member they must meet the requirements of our constitution
• If a member is removed from their membership for any reason including but not limited to suspension/disqualification, no refund will be given.
• In special circumstances, members can apply for silver, gold, and platinum packages to be transferred to another eligible member. To do so this request must be made in writing to NSW GBOTA and is at the sole discretion of the NSW GBOTA management.
• Credit to On The Clock is for NSW GBOTA Tracks only.
• Credit to On The Clock can NOT be transferred to another account or transferred to cash
• Any member cancelling a membership is not entitled to any refund of credit to On The Clock and can apply for a pro-rata (less On The Clock credit) which will be considered by NSW GBOTA Management based on the circumstances of the application.
• Any NSW GBOTA Merchandise Items (Hats, Jackets, Shirts) issued upon the purchase of a Gold, Silver or Platinum package will not be reissued upon the renewal of the package.
• Any disputes arising from membership packages will be resolved at the sole discretion of the NSW GBOTA management.
• For Membership packages that may fall into the next membership renewal period, the member must ensure that their membership is current with the NSW GBOTA. If membership is not up to date, this may result in the benefits being cancelled until such time when the membership is renewed.
