Racing primarily on Tuesday evenings, Gosford Greyhounds is operated by the NSW Greyhound Breeders, Owners and Trainers Association (NSW GBOTA).
Situated on Showground land in the Central Coast town of Gosford, the track is a two turn loam track designed to replicate the South Australian metropolitan venue of Angle Park.
Through many years of hard work and strong community ties, the Gosford team have become an annual pilgrimage for a number of local sporting clubs as a way of raising much needed funds. This initiative continues to see thousands pass through the gates each year and enjoy the Greyhound Racing experience.
As a multi-purpose venue, the site often sees an array of other events including concerts, drag way racing, Monster Truck spectaculars and the annual Gosford Show.
Gosford provides one of the best track side viewing experiences with its main pavilion running the length of the home straight, giving patrons a great view of the racing, while remaining in the air conditioned building.
Trial sessions are held every Wednesday 5.00pm and Friday 7.00am.
Race day trials are held after the last race on race day/night (if less than 12 races are held).

The Beast Unleashed Deck is the newest addition to Gosford Greyhounds, it provides exclusive access to the best seats in the house, opposite the finishing post, as well as uninterrupted views of the whole track.
We offer a range of packages that can be tailored to your needs, the only requirements are that you book a food package and there are a minimum of 10 people attending.

Gosford Greyhounds Function area can accommodate up to 170 people, banquet style. The Venue can cater for up to 1,500 people and we have a large range of catering options available to suit any event.
